2 Cloves
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare hot wine with orange, start by washing and drying the oranges.
Step 2 : Squeeze the juice of two oranges and cut the third into slices.
Step 3 : Choose an organic or untreated orange peel, as it will be preserved in the hot wine and it's better to avoid chemicals present in conventionally grown citrus peels.

Step 5 : Bring the mixture to a boil and add broken cinnamon sticks, cloves, and star anise.
Step 6 : Cover and let infuse for 15 minutes.
