Murtilla Wine
Ingredients
1 kilogram of Ripe murtilla berries
500 grams of Sugar
1 Lemon peel
1 liter of White wine
Preparation
Step 1 : Ripe murtilla berries are boiled with the new wine over low heat until reduced by 1/3.
Step 2 : The mixture is left to rest in the air overnight, and the next day it is strained.
Step 3 : You can opt to use the wine as is, or add 500 g of sugar per liter, and possibly the peel of a lemon.
