2 Garlics

400 grams of Aged Gruyère cheese, grated

100 grams of Swiss Emmental cheese, grated

100 grams of Swiss Vacherin cheese, grated

200 milliliters of Cornstarch

1 teaspoon of Freshly ground black pepper to taste

1 teaspoon of Freshly grated nutmeg to taste

310 milliliters of Riesling wine

20 milliliters of Kirsch

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the fondue, you should rub the inside of the pot with a garlic clove and chop the two cloves, placing them in the pot afterward.

Step 2 : Then, add the cheese, cornstarch, pepper, and nutmeg, mixing all ingredients well.

Step 3 : It's important to add the wine and heat it over medium, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until the cheese melts and the mixture becomes smooth.

Step 4 : After this step, cook over low heat for about 30 seconds, then add the kirsch, adjusting the seasoning to taste.

Step 5 : Finally, reheat the mixture and serve immediately with the desired accompaniments.
