Lyonnaise Salad
Ingredients
1 Roma Lettuce
100 grams of Bacon strips
4 Eggs
2 tablespoons of Wine vinegar
1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
5 tablespoons of Olive oil
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : First, carefully wash the lettuce and dry it thoroughly.
Step 2 : Then, cut it into medium pieces and place in a large salad bowl.
Step 3 : In a skillet, fry the bacon until crispy, then drain on paper towels and add to the salad.
Step 4 : Meanwhile, in a pot, boil the eggs for 8 to 10 minutes until cooked.
Step 5 : Then, cool them in cold water, peel, and cut into halves or quarters.
Step 6 : To prepare the dressing, in a small bowl, mix the vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Step 7 : Gradually, add the olive oil, stirring constantly with a fork or whisk until an emulsion forms.
