Ingredients

2 Tomatoes

200 grams of Green beans

2 Potatoes

4 Eggs

1 can of Tuna

150 grams of Black olives

6 Salted anchovies

Olive oil

White wine vinegar

Dijon mustard

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : First, place the potatoes in a pot with water and salt, and cook until tender.

Step 2 : In another pot, boil the eggs until hard.

Step 3 : Once cooked, let both ingredients cool and peel them carefully.

Step 4 : Meanwhile, cook the green beans in salted water for a few minutes, just until they are slightly tender, then drain very well.

Step 5 : Cut the tomatoes into wedges and place them in a large serving dish, distributed evenly.

Step 6 : Add the green beans as well and spread them throughout the dish.

Step 7 : Slice the cooked potatoes and add them to the salad to add texture and flavor.

Step 8 : Peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them into quarters, placing them among the vegetables.

Step 9 : Next, distribute the drained tuna over the preparation, along with the black olives and, if desired, a few anchovies to enhance the Mediterranean flavor.

Step 10 : For the dressing, in a small bowl, mix olive oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper, beating gently until the vinaigrette is well emulsified.

Step 11 : Finally, generously drizzle over the entire salad, serve immediately, and enjoy its freshness and characteristic flavors of the Mediterranean region.
