Warm Goat Cheese Salad
Ingredients
200 grams of Goat cheese log
150 grams of Arugula
200 grams of Cherry tomatoes
50 grams of Nuts
2 tablespoons of Olive oil
1 tablespoon of Balsamic vinegar
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2 : Then, cut small portions of goat cheese and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 3 : Bake the cheese for approximately 8 to 10 minutes, or until it is slightly golden and melted in the center.
Step 4 : Meanwhile, in a large bowl, place the washed arugula and the cherry tomatoes, halved.
Step 5 : In a skillet over medium heat, toast the nuts until they release their aroma and turn slightly golden; then, chop them into coarse pieces.
Step 6 : To prepare the vinaigrette, mix in a container the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper, and set aside.
Step 7 : When the cheese is ready, place it on top of the arugula and tomato salad.
Step 8 : Then, sprinkle the toasted nuts and drizzle with the vinaigrette.
