Then, place the trout on the aluminum foil.
Wash the tomatoes and lemons, slice them, chop the parsley and onion.
Arrange around the fish, season to taste, and add thyme.
Bake for 20 minutes and when serving, accompany with basmati rice in a bowl and lemon.
Aluminum Foil Trout in the Oven
Ingredients

4 Trout
2 Tomatoes
1 Onion
2 Thyme sprigs
2 Lemons
4 Parsley
1 tablespoon of Olive oil
0 Salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the fish in the oven, start by preheating the oven to level 6 (180°C) and lining 4 sheets of aluminum foil with olive oil.
Step 2 : Next, place the trout on the sheets of aluminum foil.
Step 3 : Then, wash the tomatoes and slice them, as well as wash the lemons and cut them into slices.
Step 4 : Finely chop the parsley and peel and chop the onion.
Step 5 : Arrange the tomato slices, lemon slices, parsley, and onion around the fish in each wrap.
Step 6 : Season to taste and sprinkle with thyme.
Step 7 : Place the papillotes in an ovenproof dish and bake for about 20 minutes (adjust the time if the trout are of different sizes).
Step 8 : Once the trout are well cooked, remove them from the oven and present them outside their wrapping on plates.
Step 9 : Serve the baked fish accompanied by basmati rice in a bowl, drizzled with lemon juice.
