Ingredients

2 kilograms of Callos ready to cook

2 Large onions

2 Carrots

1 White leek

3 Garlic cloves

1 Can of peeled tomatoes

30 centiliters of Dry white wine

1 Bouquet garni

25 grams of Butter

6 teaspoons of Dehydrated beef broth

1 Sugar cube

1 Salt and pepper

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, first preheat the oven to 150°C (th. 5).

Step 2 : Next, peel and chop the carrots, onions, and white leek.

Step 3 : Then, sauté in melted butter for 5 to 6 minutes.
