Ingredients

900 grams of white beans

3 confit duck thighs

3 sausages

250 grams of smoked bacon

1 onion

3 cloves of garlic

1 bunch of parsley

1 bunch of thyme

1 salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : The beans should be soaked from the previous day, then washed, drained, and cooked with thyme, onion, and garlic cloves for about an hour.

Step 2 : In a pot, place the duck pieces, sliced sausages, and bacon pieces.

Step 3 : Add the beans along with some of the cooking broth and bring the pot to a boil.

Step 4 : Then, transfer the pot to the oven and cook for approximately 1 hour and a half.

Step 5 : When serving, sprinkle the duck cassoulet with chopped parsley.
