Ingredients

1 Medium pork loin
1 Medium onion
2 Garlic cloves
2 Carrots
2 Shallots
1 Small broccoli
1 Can of mushrooms
1 Celery stalk
1 Fresh thyme sprig
1 Parsley
1 Glass of dry white wine
1 teaspoon of Flour
2 Vases of water
1 Olive oil
1 Salt and pepper
