Ingredients

750 grams of carrots

200 grams of potatoes

1 onion

4 parsley sprigs

1 liter of beef broth

500 milliliters of water

20 grams of butter

1 Salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : First, peel the vegetables and proceed to grate the carrots, chop the potatoes, dice the onion, and finely chop the parsley.

Step 2 : Next, brown the onion in a saucepan with a bit of butter and add the vegetables and parsley.

Step 3 : Cook for a few minutes and then add the broth and water.

Step 4 : Simmer the mixture over low heat for about 1 hour until the vegetables are well cooked and tender.
