Ingredients

6 onions

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 vegetable broth cube

2 liters of water

2 tablespoons of flour

1 thyme

-2 salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : The onions should be peeled and finely chopped before starting.

Step 2 : Next, pour the olive oil into a large pot and heat it over low heat.

Step 3 : Add the chopped onions and sauté for a few minutes until they are golden.

Step 4 : Once the onions are golden, add the flour all at once and mix well.
